Accepting and rejecting orders

Accepting orders

  1. Click the “Orders” section.
  2. Then click “Start receiving orders”.
  3. Choose “Accept” and then let the customer know the order processing time.
  4. The customer will see the selected time in the summary.

Rejecting orders

  1. Click the “Orders” section.
  2. Then click “Start receiving orders”.
  3. Click “Reject” and provide a reason for rejection.
  4. In the summary, the customer will be informed about why his order has been reject.

  2. Click the “Orders” section.

Tip

  • To start collecting orders, you will need access to the internet and a device that supports any internet browser
  • When a new order arrives, you will hear a loud signal and will be labeled “New”
