How to enable or disable online ordering

In the UpMenu system, you have full control over online ordering, you can disable or
enable ordering at any time depending on the situation at the restaurant. Now, we will show you how to do it in just a few steps.

  1. Go to Settings in the UpMenu system administrative panel
  2. Choose Order Settings
  3. The first option relates to availability of the online ordering for restaurants. If the slider is purple, it means that orders are enable. If the slider is white, it means that orders are disable
  4. When orders are disabled, you can set a message for your customers and specify
    the reason for not accepting orders.
  5. Additionally, you can set automated enabling of orders if the break in accepting
    orders is to be temporary.
