Marcin holds an M.Sc. in Information Technology from the University of Łódź. He previously worked as a software engineer, team lead, and product owner at Comarch, Insono, AppYourself.net, and Roche — building systems for telecoms, banks, and pharmaceuticals. In 2008, he founded Fudeo (an online food ordering portal), and in 2012 — UpMenu.

He writes about restaurant technology, foodtech, POS systems, and the economics of running a modern restaurant.
