      We’re always available to chat and you’ll have a dedicated Partner Success Manager to help you win deals and keep clients happy.

      • Reseller / White Label: Yes. You’ll be buying subscriptions from UpMenu and reselling them to your clients, so you must be able to invoice, collect/pay taxes, and run billing—which requires a registered business in most countries.
      • Affiliate: Not required. Individuals or companies can join. You’ll receive commissions and are responsible for any local tax reporting.

      • Reseller: UpMenu’s in-app chat support is available to your customers. They can contact us directly or you, depending on preference. Chat is English-only—if your market needs another language, consider offering local live support.

      • White-Label Reseller: You provide all support. UpMenu chat is disabled for your customers so the experience remains fully on your brand.

      • Affiliate: UpMenu handles onboarding and ongoing product support for all customers you refer. You’re welcome to stay involved, but no support is required from you.
